[http] axel

HTTP 서버의 throughput 을 측정하기 위해 사용해 보았다.

Option으로 --max speed 도 제공하고 있어서 Bandwidth을 측정하는데 유용할 것 같다.

다운로드 단계(퍼센트)에 따라 결과을 보여주기 때문에 손쉽게 성능을 측정할 수 있었다.
